The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS govern the use of this website.
 
1. Dispatch Policy. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Stock Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. Bespoke Goods will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks.
 
2. Prices and Tax. The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Our prices include VAT. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
 
3. Cancellation and Returns. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send us an e-mail or telephone us before you return goods, telling us that you wish to return the goods and why.
 
4. Content Accuracy. Whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of content on this website, no responsibility can be taken for any error or ommission. With regard to our products, colours may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
 
5. Confidentiality. All confidential information is held securely by The Scottish Linen Company and our customers' details are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
 
6. Indemnity. The Scottish Linen Company does not guarantee that access to this website will be uninterrupted. Use of this website and the information it contains is entirely at the user's sole risk. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
